Salsa Cuddle Body Lead Move

This week in salsa dancing, we are going back to salsa dance basics and teaching you a salsa dance beginner cuddle wrap combination into a copa (in-and-out) and cross body lead 180. Since this is a intermediate move and we have done other salsa dance lesson videos on the copa and the cross body lead 180. Enjoy!

The song is called "Yambú Para Gozar" by Ismael Miranda

Practice tip

Practice the move in sections and keep the connection simple and readable. Once the setup and transitions feel obvious, the pattern becomes much easier to use socially.

Why this helps on the social floor

Start by using one reliable section of the lesson in social dancing, then expand it once it feels natural.
