Hand Juggle Slingshot

This salsa dance move is composed of doing a simple hand juggle (which looks like you are doing uppercuts when boxing) in front of the follow, then quickly leading a ladies' left turn into a basic reverse slingshot. Take your time with the move at first so you don't injure your partner! Enjoy!

Practice tip

Start small and organized. Better posture, cleaner preparation, and calmer head placement will improve your turns faster than trying to spin harder.

Why this helps on the social floor

On the social floor, control matters more than quantity. One stable, well-prepared turn is usually more effective than multiple rushed ones.
