Double-Hand Turn and the Hand-Flip

We teach you a simple double-handed turn using the same principles as leading a right turn â and then teach you a slick little combo for switching hands as a starter for any other combos you might learn in your life!

Start small and organized. Better posture, cleaner preparation, and calmer head placement will improve your turns faster than trying to spin harder.
